Chief Dr Mrs Alayingi Uduak Sylva with her Deputy Mrs Sarah MacIver  and her entourage was at the Federal Medical Center to see some patients.

Mrs Alayingi Sylva visited  the special needs children, the female ward and male ward. She paid some medical bills and bought items for the patients.
